PATIENT CARE AND COVERAGE

Our goal is to get your condition under control as quickly as possible, then help you maintain the progress you've made through infrequent follow-up visits. Of course, the timeframe and frequency of your visits will depend on your particular circumstances.

IMPORTANT: Because many factors can affect your condition over time, all patients are advised to come for a follow-up visit at least once a year, particularly if prescription renewals are needed.

Insurance
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash. Your insurance company may reimburse you for my services as an out-of-network physician. You should find out ahead of time if this is the case. If your insurance company will be reimbursing you, we will provide you with a "superbill" with cpt codes and procedure codes for no-hassle submission to
your plan.
