PATIENT CARE AND COVERAGE

Our goal is to get your condition under control as quickly as possible, then help you maintain the progress you've made through infrequent follow-up visits. Of course, the timeframe and frequency of your visits will depend on your particular circumstances.

IMPORTANT: Because many factors can affect your condition over time, all patients are advised to come for a follow-up visit at least once a year, particularly if prescription renewals are needed.

Insurance
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash. Your insurance company may reimburse you for my services as an out-of-network physician. You should find out ahead of time if this is the case. If you prefer, simply give us the name of your insurance provider and your ID number and we will call them. Before you make an appointment, we can tell you exactly what will be covered. If your insurance company will be reimbursing you, we will provide you with a "superbill" with cpt codes and procedure codes for no-hassle submission to
your plan.
